Return and Exchange Policy

Please note that we have a no-refund policy in place. However, we do offer exchanges within 24 hours from the date of purchase.

Pinkfig follows a "Return-then-Exchange" approach if it was related to one of the below conditions:

  • Damaged Product (eg. Ripped, Sewing Issues, or any manufacturer defects)
  • Receiving the wrong Product (Pinkfig’s Error)
  • If the Product didn't meet Your expectations or You didn't like any of the received Products (Please Note that a nominal fee of 20 AED for the collection of the item for exchange)

For the conditions above, Pinkfig has the right to reject the Return-then-Exchange request after reviewing all input provided. A Return-then-Exchange request will be considered invalid if the defected returned Products are found to have been caused by the customer or used or consumed by the customer.

​To place a Return-then-Exchange request for an order placed with Pinkfig, You would need to contact Pinkfig via direct message at Pinkfig's Instagram page or via email at Pinkfig.logistics@outlook.com. Please have Your order number available and provide reasons and pictures (if needed) for Your request in order to speed up the process. Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days and we will notify You via email of the results.

​If the Return-then-Exchange request was approved by Pinkfig, Pinkfig's logistics team will schedule a pick-up for the items you wish to Return-then-Exchange and its team will further arrange it by contacting You.

Here are some more details of our exchange policy:

  • Exchanges can be made within 24 hours of the purchase date.
  • Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value.
  • Please note that some sale items like swimsuits and accessories are final sales and not eligible for exchange.
  • Shipping, Delivery, Customs, and Clearance costs are non-refundable.​
